UCA does not audit any of its policies. Our policies are rated based on customer area or number of units.

LOSS CONTROL & IN-HOUSE CLAIMS

Our property inspectors visit every risk we write, new and renewal. And our in-house claims staff work closely with our underwriters and brokers to ensure clear communication should a claim arise.
